Belinda "Be" Fitzpatrick believes in recruiting the Right Fitz way. Be has years of experience in academia, recruiting, and the senior living/healthcare industry. She integrates her professional experience with a passion for making long-term, career placements for her candidates and lasting relationships with her clients. Recruiting the Right Fitz way is her obsession.
Be is married to, Steve, a dedicated Scout Master. She has a son in high school, who is an avid trumpet player in the Wind Ensemble and Marching Band. She has a "chosen" granddaughter who brings additional joy to the family. Be thoroughly enjoys being a business owner, a member of the Milton Rotary Club and North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, and a long-time member of Fellowship Bible Church. Be and her family live in Roswell, GA.

Right Fitz Strategic Staffing ONLY accepts candidates who have been referred by trusted industry sources - or, directly recruits candidates with outstanding reputations in the industry. Once a candidate has been referred or recruited, 3 - 5 references are called. After the references have been verified, a determination is made that a candidate is right for Right Fitz representation.
Other companies receive hundreds of resumes online and accept candidates without having a vetting process in place. They "throw" quantity - not quality - at hiring managers in the hopes that one "sticks". Recruiting the Right Fitz way means that we vet every candidate and we believe we represent the-best-of-the-best in the work force.
